So it's been a while since I posted last, and I still haven't had any 2 year old pictures or Harrison taken so these snap shots will have to do. Harrison had his 2 year check up and weighed in at an enormous 23.5 lbs, 4th percentile. Still a skinny boy, but he's healthy and smart and happy and heavy enough for me to get tired if I have to carry him anywhere, so 23.5 lbs is plenty big.Along with growing he has developed some new vocabulary as well. He's started saying, "I sure do" when you ask if he wants something. "Mommy that's amazing" is popular, and one of my favorites "mommy hang on a second". He has also learned some not so nice things like "mommy that's disgusting" when I ask him for a kiss, and "stupid". Stupid books, stupid Piston Honda, stupid daddy (not stupid mommy...yet). He was bound to learn it sometime, I just didn't think it would be so soon. They grow up too fast, but I am loving watching him learn new things.
Our other little one is growing and everything seems to be going well. I haven't been too sick, just tired, and gaining more weight than I care to admit. Harrison seems to get what is going on. If you ask him who is in our family he'll say, "Daddy, mommy, Harrison, Macy pooch, and baby sister." He likes to kiss my belly and says he's going to be her buddy. I hope he likes her that much when she gets here. She still doesn't have a name yet, but Harrison seems to think it's going to be Addy Emma. We will see.
