the swing

I got the swing out because let's face it, whether I am ready or not this baby is coming pretty soon! Anyway, someone thinks it is super fun to turn it on, climb in and swing. This is totally weird because when he was a baby he never really loved the swing. Makes me wonder if I will be able to put the baby in it without him climbing in next to her.
Look at those scabby knees....such a boy! He tripped and fell at the park and scratched his knees. When he notices the scabs he comes up to you and says, "look I tripped and fell at the dinosaur park and scratched my knees."

Dinosaur Park

Harrison has been way into dinosaurs lately so we decided to go to the dinosaur park with his cousin Ashton and Grandma Nancy. It's funny because we never have really talked about dinosaurs, but he knows a few names and is just fascinated with them. He knows stegosaurus and T-Rex, and triceratops. I think it all started with Grandma Paula's dino puzzle!
I think that the triceratops (spelling?) is his very favorite. We had to take a picture by him.
He had so much fun. We will definitely be going back.
The quote of this day is, "Mommy, those dinosaurs were REAL SCARY! But their not real." He cracks me up.

Harrison's 2 year old pictures....finally

We finally got some pictures done of Harrison. I kept seeing his pictures from when he was one and he has obviously changed so much. He is such a cute little man now. I keep wondering when he lost that baby look and became a little boy.

We hardly got any pictures of him actually looking at the camera. He was too busy with other things.

I love this one!

I found a great picture lady http://www.vrbphotography.blogspot.com/. She's just starting out but she did such a great job, and you can't beat her prices.

A bear towel

Harrison has started laying in the tub on his back. Sometimes the water is too deep and all that sticks out is his little face. He is so funny.
My mom got him this cute bear towell for Easter and he loves it. He especially likes to put it on his head and then hold the back out like a cape and run down the hall naked.
I love this kid!

Potty Time???

I wish!
Harrison kept coming up to me and saying he needed to go pee on the the potty. He even went when I sat him on there. Sadly, it only lasted for a few days. I put him in some underwear and as soon as he had an accident he was done. He hasn't talked about it or asked about it since, and the kid is so stubborn that no amount of bribery or coercion has worked. I guess we will just wait....forever?
He's probably too old for me to be taking half naked potty pictures, but I think he's so cute!

The Dentist

Harrison had his first dentist appointment today and he did AMAZING! I am so proud of him. He let the lady clean his teeth and rinse them and even let her do fluoride! He is so great! I just wish I had that easy of a time brushing his teeth at home.
