NEW MOVES AND A LITTLE TRIBUTE TO MJ

Harrison has just started dancing and it is so funny. I took a little video so you could enjoy (sorry I am holding the camera up and down for the first part). His favorite song to dance to is "Ice Ice Baby", and he thinks it's hilarious when I do the running man! I think his favorite dance move is 'the spin around until you get dizzy and fall over'! I just love this kid. I know I complain a little but he is such a good boy and so much fun. I wouldn't want him any other way!

I know that Nick will be a little embarrassed about this but I must give a little tribute to the king of pop, Michael Jackson. I have a few fun memories of dancing to "Man in the Mirror" in the living room with my brothers, watching his music videos, and we all loved Captain EO. He may have been a little different, but he left behind some good moves and great music.

Summer Time Firsts

So I have been kind of bad...Harrison has had a lot of firsts lately and I haven't even taken pictures or anything. He has had his FIRST TUBING behind the boat experience (Dad pulled us really slow and he only cried once). We've been to Cherry Hill, which is not a first but counts because there we had our first NEAR drowning experience and his first time down the big slides! He's got his FIRST BIKE, which I will post a picture of soon. He has even had his first sprained ankle. When I called Nick to tell him that I MIGHT have to take Harrison to the doctor because he MAY have sprained his ankle by JUMPING OFF THE COUCH he just busted up laughing. The funniest (and saddest) thing was that he kept forgetting that it was hurt so he would try to run around and then stop, pick his fat little foot up, and whimper "foot, walk". After a ibuprofen, a nap, bubbles and a popsicle he was doing just fine, so we skipped the doctor. Thank goodness for that. I didn't want to pay to be embarrassed that I was standing right next to my kid when he decided to bail off the couch onto the bed of pillows I put below to soften the fall. I think, Lacey, you are right, "danger boy" is definitely his new name.

We went to Chuck-E-Cheese last night and got this cute picture taken! Harrison was like totally overstimulated with all the lights and noise and kids. The funniest thing was that he kept running over to the ski ball (my favorite game) and stealing the balls from other kids. Then we'd have to stop him and he would cry and cry. 2 hours of that...sounds fun huh? On the way home Nick said, "I don't care if we NEVER go back there again." At least we got this cute picture.

I took this picture and it's a little blurry but you get the idea. He is standing on the arm of the rocking chair looking out the window for the dog. He was saying, "Mimi, Mimi". I don't know why he calls her Mimi, but he always has and he loves her. I can't believe how he climbs on everything. I am surprised he hasn't fallen and broken a bone yet!

New Jammies

I love jammies. I have always loved getting Harrison ready for bed, especially after he's had a bath and smells all lotioned up. He's just looks so cute in PJ's.
He loves to climb in his toy bucket and just hang out and make a mess.


Our garden is growing, and we've only had one doggie digging incident, today actually. The top picture is our onions and herbs, and the bottom our corn! I am so excited for corn. It is so fun to see stuff pop up.
